Nicole started DreamFeed Media because working from home while raising children didn’t mix, and yet childcare was too expensive. Truly, what was the point? Why should moms have to choose between motherhood and work?

Nicole is someone who wants it all and refuses to settle. DreamFeed Media was built from that refusal. It’s an agency made up mostly of mothers who have the freedom and flexibility to keep family first at the core, while still pursuing creativity and meaningful work.

This is something she will never back down from. She will always protect this culture and support her team in building careers that honor both their families and their talents.
